Penga ile Menga karakterlerinin yaratıcıları Vivet Pitelon Sparkes ve oğlu Jim Sparkes. Çocuklar için tasarlanmış ve 11 kitaptan oluşan ‘Bayramlar’ serisindeki çizimler ikisine ait. Hikâyeleri Vivet Pitelon Sparkes yazdı ve daha sonra İngilizceye çevirdi.
